I love the unexpected punch of color that just floats around in your peripheral vision. It looks great with white walls, but if it's done right, it works with colored walls too. Love the look, but I'm dreading even painting my ceiling white in my guestroom because it's so darn uncomfortable to do. But looking at these pictures makes me think I'm going to have to do it somewhere in my house! Beware of making your room look too small though, most of these rooms have ceiling way over the 8 foot standard.
Painted the ceiling is one thing, but stenciling a ceiling a whole different ball game. I think I would need a masseuse on hand to tackle this blue room!
Also if you have crown molding, think about your options. You can paint it to match the ceiling, the walls, or just leave it white. Do you what you think works or just ask me!
